GLOBAL GAME THEATRE
An Operational Approach to the Meanings of “Context”
W. Gregori

“We all are products of a family and its environment. A personality is (s)he and his/her circumstances. A corporation must take care of both internal and external contexts. Innovation is limited by the constraints of the context. To make policies a government has to take into account the context. Survival is fitness in the context. Knowledge Management deals with the global context. Globality is a kaleidoscopic collection of interconnected contexts”.
This sample tells us that the word “context” entails a lot of ambiguity for lack of geographic and historical boundaries, for lack of mentioning its contents, actors, processes, and instructions on how to deal with it. That is why we decided to build and present some models to better understand and handle the “context” whatever its meaning might be.
To give an operational definition of “context” is the same as to give an operational definition of “reality”. We cannot access the reality external to our brain directly. It is universally accepted that “reality” is one of many possible versions or narratives our brains construct to get information necessary to survive. The closest those versions are to the “real reality” the better the fitness and the conditions to survive longer. This is an epistemological issue: How do our brains work to produce information or knowledge to guide our actions/reactions for a longer and better survival, coexistence and enjoyment in a certain context or reality?
We may choose different basic assumptions or paradigms: Monistic, dualist or trialist; or one-in-one (monistic or monadic), two in one (dualist or dyadic), three in one (trialist, triadic or triune).
If we assume that our brain is an organ of monistic or monolithic structure so will the version of reality be: We see ourselves as monolithic units and assume/perceive that reality is made of monolithic, separate, individualistic units. In this case we assume that the world is rather chaotic than ordered and we have to build lists and schemas by free association.
If we assume that our brain is and proceeds as a dualistic antithetical structure as in the Hegelian/Marxist paradigm so will the version of reality be: We see ourselves with an internal and contradictory cleavage and assume/perceive reality as made of dualistic, dyadic sets of elements, bound in twos in permanent confrontation. In this case, we assume that the world is a field with to poles in endless competition, hostility, struggling for life, and what we have to do is chartering the pairs of twos in conflict, to align them in larger pairs until the whole globe becomes a bipolar field, recently labeled as class struggle or the socialist/capitalist polarization.
If we assume that our brain is a triune structure so will the version of reality be: We see ourselves as three-sided and three-functional, and assume/perceive
reality as triune sets of elements in relational patterns of kaleidoscopic arrangements: Two (cooperation) against one (competition); or two in competition having the third one as neutral or available for alliances with any of the previous two; or three in tri-reciprocal competition; or three in tri-reciprocal cooperation etc. In this case, we assume that the world is a three-sided, three leveled, three-dimensional field and the actors/players are tri-grouped and tri-functional rotating along multiple three-unfolding positions.
The triune basic assumption of reality has been proved by quantum physicists, mainly Murray Gell-Mann (1994) contending that there is not one fundamental brick but three. They are the three quarks, which according to their rotating positions give origin to protons, electrons or neutrons. Following the same principle, the brain has been viewed as a triune structure by Paul MacLean (1970) and as tri-functional by Alexander Luria (1973). The triune functional brain and its three-faceted knowledge has been postulated by the neurologist John Eccles and the philosopher Karl Popper (1977) and introduced as one of the key issues of Knowledge Management by Firestone & McElroy (2003).
Eccles and Popper labeled themselves as trialist. They present their vision of the brain work in three worlds of knowledge:
World 1: knowledge inherent to the physical and biological process of nature that runs the machine of the universe.
World 2: knowledge summarized as beliefs, product of subjective preferences, insights and different kinds of faith that cannot be tested, checked and controlled externally.
World 3: knowledge made of scientific laws, sometimes called objective knowledge because it is materialized in theories and experiments and can be tested, confirmed or falsified, or replaced by more encompassing laws since its validity is for the moment, while waiting for better statements.
The previous authors have been combined in a more consistent and useful general theory – The Triune Systems View – and a knowledge particular theory – The Tricerebral Feedback Cycle – both parts of a synthesis of trans-disciplinary social and human sciences known as “Social Cybernetics” by Dr. DeGregori (1980, 1984).

It is obvious the coincidence between Eccles & Popper’s “Three Worlds of Knowledge and MacLean & Luria’s “Triune Structure and Functions”: World 1 refers to “Central-Reptilian or Central Brain”; World two refers to “limbic or right brain”; and World 3 refers to “Neocortical or left brain”. Yet Eccles & Popper do not connect their three “worlds of knowledge” to the physical/anatomical brain structure as MacLean & Luria do.
As a corollary, we can say that everything can be taken and re-shaped as triune or showing a triune replicating pattern as musical dhords. So there are three cultures related to the three sides/functions of the brain, three kinds of knowledge or intellectual capital, three kinds of motivation, three kinds of earnings and three kinds of “context”. However, they keep moving, rotating their positions to compose new triune patterns along an ongoing kaleidoscope.
To see this ballet of triune ongoing interplay we have to nest the triune principle within a systems theory, yet not any systems theory. It has to be triune systems theory; otherwise, we fall back to the monistic paradigm, building free associations at everyone’s will.

Now we can start approaching the definition of “context” since we met the triune self-organizing principle ruling over any system evolution toward networking and complexity. However, the “triune systemic reality or context” depends on our mental tool to perceive, describe and handle such reality. As a first approach, we can say that a “context” for both the internal and external dominium of a corporation or a person is coincident with its tricerebral functions and resulting contents. Nevertheless, it is necessary to display some kind of hierarchy, organization or levels implied by the development of any “context” and of any triune brain. We propose a four levels model as the minimal representation of the structure and lifecycle of any system and “context”:

This ”context” model includes the triune principle (the “anchor” at bottom) as the self-propelling and self-organizing force unfolding itself in the physical, vegetal and animal systems or environment, and further unfolding into the human realm structured around the three brains and its four levels of perception and development. According to this model, both the internal and external context of a corporation has the same invariable elements or categories, although with different contents and knitting.
We can present this same model in orbits or circles of life dynamics:

This “context dynamics” model shows multilevel realms and their institutions as an unfolding of the environment. It is a first glimpse, yet too simplified, for triune knowledge economy and triune knowledge management. Anyway, it reduces the ambiguity and subjective connotations about the concept of “context” and similarities like surroundings, milieu, environment, ecosystem, ambience, holism, life network etc.
We can refine the above model by adding more complexity dynamics and augment their contents, as follows:

1. The “anchor” is the symbol of energy with its three vectors, coordinates, sides, electromagnetic charges etc. At the very right, the spiral carrying within it the symbol of the triune energy illustrates the process of evolution and complexity towards the Universal Future Dynamics. The ongoing process is denominated “triune game” and the participants “three subgroups players”. Each of the ulterior dynamics is a fractal unfolding, replication or recurrence of the previous one, adding some new “emergent” complexity. The dynamics are all linked and mutually influencing, according to “proportional” (musical chords) parameters made explicit at number 8 dynamics.

2. The following symbol represents a triune system and the flow and chain of energy corresponding to the whole Environment Dynamics or ecosystem.

3. The Feedback Dynamics is the device of self-steering inherent to any system in order to mutually adjust within the full “context extended model”. The triune brain is the symbol for mammals only. The full feedback process is labeled “Tricerebral Feedback Cycle”. We can name it “Tricerebral Innovation Cycle” when dealing with knowledge management and the quest for change. The crossed lines are a symbol of the three forces in expansion, through bifurcating/trifurcating cycles, to create complexity. In addition, as they are crossed over the brain, they indicate that culture is “created” by (in fact, re-created, re-arranged) or stems from the three brains and carries their blueprints. This implies that the pre-existing or underlying reality becomes “brained”, “distorted” by the three brains way of perception, “subception” and interception; there is no pure reality or direct access to it, without mediation of a “coloring” brain.

4. A family illustrates the Individual Dynamics because personality is rooted in the family life, whatever its configuration (first, second, third marriage or single parenting) might be, and continued or complemented by school and the whole “context model”.

5. An upside down triangle illustrates the Prodsumer Dynamics (economics) and its four levels corresponding to four life standards, here re-denominated because they suppose satisfaction of needs related to the three brains and not only the central/economic brain or income per capita. The market is envisioned as a triune system where two blocs of producers/sellers are in competition for the third bloc of consumers (fair competition) or where two blocs of buyers/consumers are in competition for the third bloc of producers/sellers (monopoly). This is the axis of corporations. They have the remnant “dynamics” as internal “context” and the eight “dynamics” as its external “context”.

6. Group Dynamics is a compound of three higher powers disputing the government of the whole life: Political power represented by a flag; Economic power represented by the dollar sign; and the Sacred power represented by the symbol of infinite (a reclined eight).

7. The Virtual Reality Dynamics is illustrated by a book as a symbol of science and law created by the left brain, following the logic rules of spoken or written words. The dollar sign is a symbol of goods created by the central brain, following the rules of the “Grammar of Money”. A “reclined eight” is a symbol of the search for the future, and the supreme reality, created by the right brain, with no rules to follow but free imagination, intuition and creativity translated through non-verbal language or icons of the arts and religions.

8. The Universal Future Dynamics has the same triune symbols connected to a line showing “Entropy”, “Negentropy” at its extreme sides. Entropy is the tendency towards the minimum; it is deterioration, sickness, decomposition to the thermal level of energy, toward nothingness and emptiness. Negentropy is the tendency towards the maximum, more life, healthiness, more organization, towards infinity, eternity, plenitude, and the whole. In-between, the concept of “homeostasis” or “proportionality” should appear. “Proportionality” means some kind of “stretchable” balance, far from equilibrium or stability, that can be approached by the extreme and mean ratio or the golden mean as indicators (attractor) of the minimum and maximum limits or parameters within which the three factors of a system can move (“ethical or moral limits” for humans):

A unilateral, individualistic, monopolistic, imperial vindication is always a disproportional/sick one because it does not take into consideration the proportional share of the two other sides necessary for a sustainable environment or world.
This “context extended model” is more appropriate for innovating and enlarging our mindset and vision: From monistic to triune; from fragmented to integrated; from unbridled competition to proportional triune game; from Prodsumer Dynamics (business) fundamentalism to the whole life dynamics; from monopolistic to being one of three (there is no such entity as a unique actor); from local game to global game.
For a good player in the real world we need something more complex. That is the “context full model” titled Global Game Theatre.

It is time for a new “mapping” of the global village and its Olympics or Global Game Theatre. The new model presents the world or reality as a global systems network, inter-related and put in hierarchies with triplets that can be seen in vertical, horizontal and transversal micro and macro transformative patterns. In order to take advantage of this “context full model” let us introduce and explain some concepts. Keep this model at sight.
“Triune Game” being the core concept shall be the first to explain. A way of life is merely a set of particular rules for the triune interplay throughout the sixteen scenarios/stages, such as the Western or the Eastern are.
Since we know that brains, people and groups interact in triune patterns we are dealing with “triune games management”. This means that there are always three interplaying sides or subgroups in dispute for more means for survival and reproduction, here re-named as “triune satisfactors” because they satisfy triune needs or needs of the three brains and its four levels as seen before. Instead of aligning the satisfactors as “economic” (income indicators) and “social” (human development indicators) as done by Adam Smith more than two hundred years ago, we can align the needs along the fourteen subsystems (Müller, 1958) of any system:

Any individual, corporation and institution deal with the fourteen subsystems and correspondent hierarchies in at least four levels, a “context” grid within each of the sixteen scenarios. They take one or two of them as its axis of life and action, classifying the rest of them as complementary. This is a fractal or hologram pattern:

Now that we have defined the game of life as three subgroups in a maximocratic and endless dispute for satisfactors in fourteen subsystems and their four levels, we can approach the three subgroups’ brains and behaviors (playing styles):
       - The official subgroup (side, force or face of a system) - is an agglutinant, coordinator, regent, strong and absorbent dominant/controller of the satisfactors of the two other subgroups, for its own maximum benefit;
       - The anti-official subgroup - is an oppositionist, divergent, dissenter, and competitor to the official one, alluring to the wavering to resist the predation;
       - The wavering subgroup - is a neutral, central, link and support of the two others, closer to the official by manipulation, and very often leaning to the anti-official by seduction, like a double agent.

Politicians are quite familiar with the traditional concepts of situation (being the official, the right-wing), opposition (being the anti-official, the left-wing) and center (being wavering, the one available for alliances, mediation). The market players also know what it means to be a controlling entrepreneur (official), having a competitor (anti-official) and having disputes to win clients (wavering). Managers also know what it means being in control (official), having the union leaders pressing for bigger shares (anti-official) and the rest of the workers (wavering) as dependable but sometimes turning to the anti-official (as in strikes). It is the tricerebral and the three subgroups interplay. Let us proceed to understanding the Global Game Theatre model.
The first and second columns at left, show the number and the title of each of the 16 scenarios or stages. The next three columns show triplets of triune games, where the first column represents players closer to anti-official performance; the second (at the center of the trio) represents players closer to wavering performance; and the third, at right, represents players closer to official performance. In the vertical reading, any upper scenario is official regarding those under it; those in-between are wavering regarding those above them and official regarding those under them. In the transversal reading, we can see players of different scenarios crisscrossing to form coalitions in micro or macro domains, usually two against one.

The column at the very right side of the chart, under sciences/codes/laws title, shows some areas of triune knowledge related to each scenario. “Triune knowledge” means that each specialization is three branched or that each one of the three subgroups develops its own version for subgroup purposes, whether named science, theology or mythology. Knowledge is not that neutral, objective, monolithic as presented in the extreme right side of the model. In addition, each field of knowledge should be related to tricerebral/trigroup predominances - left-scientific-anti-official brain; central-pragmatic-official, economic brain; and right-intuitive-mystic wavering brain - forming the three main branches of culture - scientific, materialistic and spiritual.
At scenario number 5, the fourteen subsystems are presented as a means to see all the agendonomy (work, activities) and prodsumer organizations of the planet. Yet the best way to look at the global agendonomy is to make the 14 subsystems appear in each of the sixteen scenarios/stages, using them as the chessboard grid to pinpoint the fourteen game fields where the three subgroups play their maximocratic search for satisfactors, endangering the safety of their lives, countries and the planet itself.
Getting acquainted with the Global Game model may help understanding, sensing, living our planet in a new way. The Global Game may be used as a turning kaleidoscope in its triune evolutionary trajectory. Or it can be looked at as the big evolutionary whirl composed of smaller and smaller combined whirls, helpful to see details and also the big picture. Over the time, we can put numbers, statistics and fundamental information over each one of the scenarios/stages and correspondent processes for better forecasting, decision and acting. We can locate in this map the beginning of different games, watch how they scatter through the Global Game trails or circles of resonance, and envision where, when and how they will come to an end.
Let us go through brief comments of each one of the sixteen scenarios or stages.

1. Energy Stage Dynamics. This is the scenario/stage of the Big Bang, or of the triune energy that imposes, engenders and contains infinite triune games. It is the hidden universal monitor. Maybe one of the most decisive characteristics of this stage is the recent interpretation of the interplanetary spaceship Hubble: the universe is made up of triangles so arranged to give us the impression of spheres and spirals. This reinforces our proposal to move form a monistic to a triune perception of the world. “I”, “you”, “(s)he”; central, right and left brain; official, anti-official and wavering subgroups are just manifestations of that original and unavoidable triunity.
2. Environment Stage Dynamics. This is the scenario/stage of the evolution of systems, as perceived in this planet: The factory of nature and its ecological almost intangible services. This scenario comprises the history of the formation of the planet, water, earth, atmosphere, of the evolution of the physical-chemical elements, of the flora, the fauna, of the species, including that "naked ape" who is us - humanoids.
Sun and earth form the cradle scenario of all other triune earth systems, interlaced in triune transformative patterns. In its geological, biological and atmospheric aspects, the planet is the official side; humans are the anti-official side, negative, predatory, maximocratic, disproportionate; and the other systems and species are the wavering side.
In the biblical-cartesian-monadic paradigm, the human being was enthroned as unique and supreme, as official subgroup of the remaining ecosystem, which humans call "nature" and which humans thought they should harness to attain maximocratic profits. The human species has taken the planet as a source of wealth instead of as its source of life, its nest, and its home. A call for a new vision of environment can be found in Capra’s The Hidden Connections (2002).
To stop the race toward the global holocaust we need moving from our monistic and business centered mindset to a triune systemic view and behavior:

3. Feedback Stage Dynamics. The fate, the Divine Providence, the invisible hand regulating a market of greedy players were analogies used prior to the discovery of the feedback dynamics inherent to any system, for mutual adjustment within the transformative global game theatre. Let us remind the triune brain functioning altogether forming what has been denominated “Minimal Feedback Cycle” and present the full Tricerebral Feedback Cycle or, for Knowledge Management concerns, Tricerebral Innovation Cycle:

It is easy to see that this model integrates three partial cycles kept separate in previous literature:
       - From number 1 to 4, we have the academic, research, survey partial cycle.
       - From number 5 to 6, we have the strategic partial cycle.
       - From number 7 to 10, we have the management partial cycle.
There are at least four levels of Tricerebral Innovation Cycle performance for individuals and for corporations. It is a matter of training. To get an even better performance, the Tricerebral Innovation Cycle should be used in connection with some framework or classificatory grid. The simplest is:

In fact, management boils down to deal with one’s own Tricerebral Innovation Cycle, that of people working and living with us, and that of suppliers and consumers within the whole Global Game Theatre. It varies from region to region, from
subgroup to subgroup, from lower class to higher class, and the kind of information technology available.

4. Procreation Stage Dynamics. This is the Stage of (sustainable) reproduction of all species. Mating, birth control, couples instability, youngsters leaning to drugs, gangs and violence, male/female/children abuse, racism, chauvinism, overpopulated communities and migrations are some of the issues typical at this stage. These problems are due to lack of family management, to schools inefficiency, to fading of collective behavior values and social regulation, apparently away from corporations and business management. Wrong! It is the other way around. Corporations and business are no more than means to propitiate enriched family life and peaceful/rewarding social coexistence between the three subgroups. There cannot be a productive worker and a peaceful citizenry without a reasonable family functioning, that is, able to lay down early sound tricerebral programming continued by school. Reconciliation is needed between men and women, between parents and children, between families, schools, and corporations.

5. Prodsumer Organizations Stage Dynamics. “Prodsumer Organizations” are all and any group, institution, corporation, association etc. They are so called for being composed of persons who are at the same time “producers and consumers”, “givers and takers”, “imparter and impartees”, “passers and receivers”. They are numerous in each one of the fourteen subsystems and their four levels’ agendonomy (work, activities): mini, medium, grand, and maxi prodsumer organizations. They can be reduced to three main blocs to start seeing their different functions and properties:

Starting from stage number 5 up to 16, the officialist side of the Global Game Theater is no longer the political power, which replaced the religious power of the Middle Age. It is the economic power, and the subgroups that control the national and transnational “Appropriating “Prodsumer organizations”. The major or fundamental triune game has always been economic (appropriating subsystems) and its players have been named the rich ones (official), fighting their competitors (anti-official), and making poors (wavering). However, the economic triune game was under the regulation of the political or religious power. Since the Protestant Revolution and mainly since the industrial revolution, the economic power subgroups started concentrating power until becoming the absolute totalitarian ruling overpower of today. This fact is leading to an uncontrolled predation and sickening desproportionality throughout the Global Game Theatre. “The newspapers of the present are full of stories of financial crises, failures and fraud. It is also sometimes referred to as the time of institutional failures…” (Foreword, Amidon, 2003).
The “Regulatory Prodsumer Organizations” are so labeled because they were created and financed by the whole society to make and maintain social regulation for fairness. Regulation is achieved with true and transparent information, with education to teach the prodsumer (economic) flow of life, by establishing and applying laws to repress market cheaters and abusers, to provide security and order, and protect the rights and duties of all, within proportionality or some ideal of social universal justice. These are known as public goods along with healthy and pleasant environment, trustable institutions and continued education.
At present, the “Regulatory Prodsumer Organizaqtions” are drifting, and almost impotent to contain the maximocracy of the big national and transnational “appropriating prodsumer organizations”, to control public finances, and to oversee the complexities created by a storming financial capital that has no national loyalties and no international rules. “By its nature, the market is unable to provide public goods and sharing” (Soros, 2002).
The “Regenerating Prodsumer Organizations” are so called because they are supposed to regenerate the full social system, restoring people, recovering those who suffered accidents, nourishing ideals of solidarity and morality among the weak, resting those who are stressed out, consoling those who are defeated, preventing the victims from rebelling, and justifying those with bad consciences. These “Regenerating Prodsumer Organizations” are mainly devoted to take care of the wavering subgroups.
We could make a listing and diagnosis of today’s good, desirable products and bad, undesirable, and garbage products, going through the fourteen subsystems framework.

6. Community Ruling Stage Dynamics. Its model is more or less the same for local, national and international power triune game, with the official subgroups migrating from the sacred power, to the political power, and to the economic power, at different pace and different combinations in each region of the planet.

This Community Game Theatre model is a condensation of the Global Game Theatre: Triune energy and environment dynamics (at bottom); feedback and family dynamics (brain); prodsumer organizations (fourteen subsystems) dynamics; and the community ruling dynamics. The top three powers (City Hall; Rural, Commerce and Industry Associations; and Parishes) are in dispute to controlling people and families’ agendonomy (work, activities) diversified throughout the fourteen subsystems.
This is a model for the wholeness of life. What is in question is the unbalance between different levels dynamics, between the three top powers and their three respective subgroups, between the three blocs of prodsumer organizations. This is due to a monistic finances-centered paradigm creating unlimited competition favoring fewer and fewer official subgroups without effective countervailing power from the anti-official and wavering subgroups. The wavering subgroups are being predated and the anti-official smashed.
Pressure and tension are escalating in the triune game leading to more and more triune violence:

Tricerebral knowledge management should account for more than the sustainability of a corporation because it is nested between suppliers and consumers and these are nested within communities, the small ones within larger ones, these within regions and countries and these within a global planetary community.
There is a trend for local community growth in power and laws for self-control. Corporations shell pay attention to local dynamics, to act as partners more than enclaves, conquerors or invaders.
7. Micro-Regions Stage Dynamics. Micro-regions are “entities” like the counties of Anglo-Saxon countries, or the jurisdictions of the judicial systems, or like the dioceses of religious organizations. Another equivalent would be tribes and their habitat. Each State or Province is already mapped in economic micro-regions integrated by a group of municipalities homogenized by some ecological element (micro-basin, coast, type of soil, microclimate, etc.) or some economic element (industrial region, fruit-growing region, mineral-producing region, tourist region, etc.). Considering micro-regions is for a corporation’s need to adapt regionally, paying attention to (legally) not regulated triune games within and between municipalities and micro-regions.

8. State, Provinces, and Inter-States Regions Stage Dynamics. The religious equivalent for this stage is the archdiocese.
The structure of this scenario/stage is the same as that of number 6, just a lot larger and with more power and self-regulation. The triune game between states is usually strong and may pose some constraints to a corporation freedom of action.
The economic process creates trans-state regions or blocs of regions within a country. The triune game also occurs between those blocs of regions, one of them occupying the role of official subgroup, imposing an internal colonialism upon the others, and thus creating separatist movements and future revolutions that will severely damage business. As the Middle East saying goes: “I against my brother; my brother and I against my cousins; my cousins, my brother and I against the rest of the village; my cousins, my brother, I and the rest of the village against the other village….; my state against the other states; my region against the other regions…”
9. National State Stage Dynamics.
It is the top political, economic, and religious sphere of power, contained by the national territory with its borders and inhabitants, having as wavering all the former scenarios/stages presented up to this point. Each of the three top national powers is triune power, has three subgroups, popularly known as three tendencies, fractions, currents.

Words such as empire, theocracy, kingdom, monarchy, republic, federation, metropolis, colony, independent associated state, union of republics, popular democracy, aristocracy or plutocracy, people's democratic republic, free capitalist republic with one, two or three powers, with one, two or no legislative bodies, are just that: mere words that hide the true drama that runs underneath appearances: maximizing economic survival. It is the perpetual, omnipresent, and ever moving triune game that we have to watch, mainly those kaleidoscopic changing patterns or alliances between subgroups of the three top powers, according to the three phases of each cycle: upwards, top, downwards; rise, apogee, fall.
Although living in plutocracies (government by the economic power – banks, stock market, big corporations) there is always some major interference from the political power and minor from the religious power that has to be noticed by policy makers and planners. In electoral periods, there is always the need for a corporation to support political candidates, and sometimes, candidates to higher positions (archbishops, pope, Dalai Lama) in the sacred power, mainly in countries where theocracies prevail (where the sacred power is the maximum power as in Vatican, in most of the Middle and Far East countries).
Although there exist a universal “money way of life”, there exist as well Western, Eastern ways of life, and national, regional ways of life to pay attention to.
10. Neighboring Countries Stage Dynamics.
This scenario/stage presents the triune game between neighbors or between contiguous countries competing for greater participation in the region's prodsumer process. Some examples are Israel, the Palestinians and Arab countries; Germany, France and England; Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia; Anglo-Saxon, Latin and Slavic countries; Japan, China and India etc. It is mandatory to know which country is the official one (in control), which is the anti-official where opposition, boycott and terrorism come from, and which is or are the wavering and their will to support the official or the anti-official. Neither individuals nor corporations live outside the triune game context. The world and any piece of it is a triune cage or arena.
The international global game starts in this scenario, each time with a larger audience due to the shrinking of the planet. However, it is a minor global game, controlled from the top of scenario number 14, that of the Big Eight. That is why national boundaries below the scenario/stage number fourteen become increasingly meaningless. We have to look at them as pawns in the global chess game played according to the vested or open interests of the scenario/stage 14. A systemic lesson has been already learned: when there occur a financial bankruptcy in Mexico, Russia, Brazil, Ecuador, Turquey, Malasya etc., there are systemic repercussions in all scenarios/stages of the Global Game Theatre: The lower ones because they feel threatened, and the upper ones because they celebrate the pillage.
This scenario is the one of local wars between neighbors. But the triune competition does not always occur by geographical proximity of countries or regions. It occurs when local economic issues threaten the economic interests of higher scenarios, camouflaged as human rights, freedom, democracy, salvation of dignity, self-defense, preventive war, modernization of a country, self-defense, re-establishment of justice, of order etc. Wars, that are the triune game taken to an extreme, have always been and will increasingly be of a financial-economic nature.
Although this scenario/stage and the next one have cheaper labor, the labor and environmental law enforcement weaker, and the politicians more corruptible, they are very unstable and less productive. Management will require a lot of resilience, flexibility and involvement with clandestine operations. Knowledge and technology resources would have to be imported.

11. Proletarian Countries Stage Dynamics.
It is the international level scenario/stage integrated by countries, regions, groups, and people that are a source of raw materials, of primitive and low-wage labor, and controlled by countries at higher scenarios/stages. It includes countries from scenario/stage 10. The so-called republics, in this scenario/stage were previously called Third World, non-viable, not economically profitable, ill, historical "excedents," former colonies. Some are now re-denominated with euphemisms such as “emergent” or “developing” countries. Their internal market is small, so that corporations have to work mainly for exports.
The countries of scenarios/stages 10 and 11 have development processes in reverse, no matter if they are aligned with Washington, with remnants of the socialist bloc or if they pretend to be unaligned. They are indebted and are non-viable in the new, Anglo-American "world order", as they were in the socialist one. Their growing impoverishment transforms them into welfare centers for churches and UN. Modernization imposed agro-industry on them, causing unemployment and rural exodus, with some subordinate industries and urban development that caused more exodus leading to favelas (slums), impoverishment, homeless children, informal markets, gangs, Mafiosi, and reaction by means of brute force with no revolutionary vision, like the rampant urban violence.
At this scenario/stage there is a growing resentment against national and international leaders, among common people. In addition, there is a growing power for national and international terrorism among enraged subgroups. All of them feel, without rational explaining capability, that there is something in the international order causing big disorder and suffering.
A transnational corporation and its managers will run the risk of being seen as spies or imperialist agents at least. A lot of diplomacy, public relations and commitment with social problems will be necessary.

12. Semi-Industrialized Countries Stage Dynamics
This is the scenario/stage of the transmission belt of international agendonomy, like the foreman/supervisor in the ranch and in the corporation. It includes countries that have attained some development and regional leadership, and which are utilized by those in higher levels to ensure that countries at scenario/stage number 10 and 11 do the service work expected of them.
Looking at a world map, we can see Israel and Egypt as supervisors of the Middle East and Northern Africa; Japan and China, of Asia; Australia and Indonesia, of Oceania; Republic of South Africa, of sub-Saharan Africa; Russia and Turkey of Eastern Europe and the Balkans; Mexico and Brazil of Latin America etc.
These supervisory countries also fight among themselves, competing for favors in the WTO (World Trade Organization), seeking loans and investments to finance their programs to stabilize their currency and to be able to continue to float in the planetary shipwreck of the small and the medium-sized economies.
The political, economic, and religious elites of these supervisory countries are the most fervent crusaders of neoliberalism, bravely confronting their opponents within their national boundaries and within their regional jurisdiction, claiming they are surfing on third way waves... promising brilliant future after reaching stabilization, modernization, global competitiveness!
At this scenario/stage there is a clear option for business according to anglo-american neoliberalism, TWO, IFM, WB, and market deregulating ideology despite popular protests. These countries are signatories of TRIMs (Trade Related Investment Measures) and all international business agreements, and are submitted to a closer vigilance and protection by the Big Eight and their institutions. It is safer to establish and run business in this scenario/stage than in stages 10 or eleven.
With the globalization, the most significant phenomenon of this scenario is no longer the formation of political blocs and alliances, but the formation of successful economic blocs and regional markets. The best examples are the European Union and NAFTA. The great Asia Circle (China, Korea, Japan and Asian group on one side, and the India-Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka bloc on the other) and the Pacific Basin bloc, when formed, will be a great phenomenon of unpredictable consequences for the first world G8. In the year 2005, FTAA (Free Trade Area of the Americas) enlarging the actual NAFTA will be at work.
Of course, there are always ongoing triune games within these blocs and between them that is mandatory to discover. They are triune games between eco-regions in which the official group wants to maximize resources concentration; the anti-official competes for those same resources; and the wavering side flirting with one or the other, expecting to get some more crumbs.
To operationalize a triune game one must:
(1) Identify which satisfactor is in dispute, without listening to justifying speeches.
(2) Point out the official subgroup, the anti-official and wavering in a given sphere.
(3) Find out how many players and their respective power in each subgroup.
(4) Guess the duration of the game.

When analyzing triune games between blocs it is also necessary to consider that each country of the bloc also has its own internal regional triune game going on, down to states and cities. If we take the municipality or county of the country, the biggest city is the official, the competing city is anti-official and the other communities are wavering. Within a single city, there is an official sector, an anti-official competing sector and the other sectors are wavering. Within a single community or neighborhood, there are two groups of families or dynasties competing with each other and the rest are wavering. Within each of those families, one of the parents is official, usually the wife, while the other and children take turns as anti-official and wavering.

13. First World Stage Dynamics
This is the scenario of countries that produce advanced know-how and technology, that have financial control, that control information and that are powerful enough to impose themselves upon others. It is the scenario where wars, financial assaults, invasions of other countries and modernization packages are devised to be imposed on countries at lower levels, to dispose of the fabulous financial and production surpluses not absorbed by the "free" market.
“The fall of the Soviet bloc has left the IMF and G7 to rule the world and create a new imperial age (London Financial Times).” After the collapse of the USSR, Russia moved to the center column, as a wavering of the US and Europe. The US remained as the supreme official subgroup, with planetary powers for planetary policing and indoctrination. It is the center of gravity of the new civil planetary order.
A new anti-official subgroup is under gestation somewhere. “The End of History” is but wishful thinking. Some believe in the return of the dragon (China). Some dream about the Arab countries leading the world against the American empire. More plausible is that United Europe (UE) could become that new anti-official subgroup, led by a united Germany, a replay of the world wars grid; France would be anti-official and the rest would be wavering. There are already some skirmishes in the commerce of agricultural products from UE and US. Because it did not adopt the Euro and because it always supports the military adventures of the US in the world, England seems to be more integrated into the US than the UE (England is considering joining NAFTA). The war in Kosovo, waged against the Euro, apparently did not affect the British pound. Anyway, we cannot take for granted that a war between liberal democracies is unthinkable. They cannot evade the triune game and its grinding machine.
However, general costs are greater here than at any other scenario/stage. That’s why corporations are migrating to lower scenarios/stages, mainly to the foreman/supervisory of number 12.

14. Planetary Ruling Stage Dynamics
It is the scenario/stage with a sense of mission for planning and administration of the world and its history. As the paradigm that dominates the entire planet is monistic, then the thinking, planning and historical meaning is concerned only with the more powerful official subgroups. These integrate the consortium of countries or superpowers whose leaders meet under the guise of the Trilateral Commission - formerly USA, Germany and Japan; now USA, England and Israel; the G8 and their servant institutions: NATO, IMF, World Bank, WTO, UN, Vatican etc. To be sure that the G8 is up to date with its homework, the leaders of the economic power (world finances) meet annually in the International Economic Forum formerly held at Davos (Switzerland). Its pyrotechnic counterpart is the World Social Forum formerly held in Porto Alegre (Brazil), and the routine rioting of antiglobalization activists during G8, Davos, and IMF meetings, claiming for a more open society.
Under the aegis of the US there is an annual meeting of the G8 to conspire against the lower scenarios, trying to keep them in submission, always, of course, swearing they act to save them. The G8 always ends up auctioning countries at lower levels, manipulating the planetary financial system, deciding what is the economic "order" that best serves the interests of the powerful. They end up by dividing geomarkets among themselves and solving their internal maximocratic conflicts. Obviously, the USA holds the “lion share” as in the fable.
Individuals and prodsumer organizations as well have to interpret correctly what these meetings mean, and guess what clandestine new rails and rules they forge for the whole world, passed down to the UN, TWO, IMF, WB, and Vatican to implement and supervise.
When we talk in geographical units (continents, hemispheres, etc.) or cultures (rational Westerners, fundamentalist Islam, Orthodox Slavic, Eastern mysticism), classes and, even worse, in racial terms (yellow, black, Aryan) while not seeing how it is all woven into the sixteen scenarios of the Global Game, we are not helping people to understand the world in the new millennium. A person, a prodsumer organization, a religion, a country, is not what they say or think of themselves and their monistic forms. They are, and their worth is a result and continuation of the triune games for sastisfactors waged in face of the upper, lower and diagonal scenarios/stages of the Global Game Theatre. This will require educational efforts in order for people and cultures to embrace and appreciate diversity, doing away with old stereotypes and prejudices on behalf of peace and mutual help.

15. Virtual Reality Stage Dynamics
It is the scenario/stage of the planet's triune culture - monetary-scientific-religious or wealth-rationality-faith. It is a miscellany of paradigms and philosophies, of sciences, politics, and economic tales, of theologies, mythologies, esotericism, artistic and mystical experiences, of historical traditions, forming the virtual reality, amplified by the information and computer technology. It is summarized by the concept of mentality that should be split into three mentalities: central, left, and right brain mentalities; and official, anti-official and wavering mentality. It is a very dynamic and transformative scenario, as knowledge, marketing and the creation of new myths move rapidly, forcing technology, businesses, politics and religions into permanent evolution and re-adaptation.
The Cartesian monistic paradigm (for the left brain) is worn and in crisis, together with its religious/sacred accomplices of diverse denominations. The central brain, however, is in a perverse rise turning the world into a global supermarket where the only supreme icon and revered symbol is money. Enchantments are no longer coming from demons, sorcerers or talismans, but exclusively from money. Money is enchantment. Science for money. Religion for money, Politics for money. Everything is for money. Rather than sharing the cult of rationality, and the cult of art and spirit, money imposes itself as the single true cult along with informational technology.
Becoming wealthy is the absolute value instead of global survival. The so called hard sciences plead innocent or neutral while all the failures in solving most of the human problems like poverty, hunger, criminality, urban life, political corruption and oppression, economic exploitation, warfare, environmental exhastion, human and classes relations worsening are charged to the social and human sciences – as discussed by Edward O. Wilson in his Consilience (1998).
Any corporation holds its own triune culture and ought to deal with the triune culture of its near (suppliers and costumers) and far context (all the global game).

16. Universe’s Future Stage Dynamics
It is the scenario of the ultimate meaning of everything, of the projection of progress, of the future evolution of humanity, of the planet, the universe and every form of being, including death and the hope of an afterlife. This is the scenario of the maximocratic attraction, of infinite, insatiable desire and, thus, of “carrot on the stick”, of unattainable hopes, of utopias. It is the horizon also for the short run future, the challenge for prophets, for experts in small and megatrends, for scenarios builders and for innovators with vision of future. Recently, every corporation has been urged to state its future vision and its mission, to raise global awareness and commitment with global sustainability and meaning.
The end of the cold war with the USSR and the beginning of the new millennium helped to create new hope and confidence. However, the future is losing charm, it is becoming short and gloomy. Some reasonable and emotional proposal should be set forth to avoid having people and nations living hopelessly, in despair. The three brain cultures should be re-instated with proportional relations under the major goal of global survival and global happiness: greed and science are just means. We need triune innovation in the full “context”: The Global Game Theatre.

*****
How to deal with a new millennium Global Game Theatre? How to be a citizen, a co-owner, and a prodsumer organization of the Global Game Theatre?

       1. Make sure to have by your side a globe or world map, to know where you are and through which spaces of the planetary “home sweet home” you can move.
       2. Authorize yourself to feel as co-owner of the planet; do not accept being labeled as a tenant, and even less an intruder or disposable inhabitant.
       3. Have a file system with sixteen folders and subfolders. Check the news at least weekly. Cut and file new facts of your particular concern in the sixteen folders. Read books, scientific reports, and literature covering the 16 scenarios. In addition, travel whenever you can, watching and posing questions relentlessly.
       4. Talk with informed and interesting people with tricerebral balance.
       5. Take the position of an “extraterrestrial observer”. It is you, "up there" in the extra-terrestrial observatory, observing yourself and others "down here." If you do not get out to become said observer you will remain a prisoner of the "down here," which is too full, noisy, chaotic, with everyone planning wars. Then you would have to see and defend only your side, which is barely one third of total reality, missing the other two thirds. In the midst of the struggle, you will not have the time to be concerned about the triune whole. You have to place yourself "out and far away." For everything you observe, do use the full Tricerebral Innovation Cycle with a taxonomy chart or table.
       6. Find a circle of Internet navigators around the world with whom you can exchange information as www.entovation.com; they will be your "international partners" to confront the information each one has to improve the dossier of our little beloved planet and promote its/our sustainability.

The Global Game model offers an integrated multileveled picture of the ecosystem, points out where we belong to, who are our neighbors, what are the games we are in under the pressure of natural and humanly regulated selection. It calls for wonder, care and gratitude.

GLOSSARY

Agendonomy - imparter/impartees, supplier/demander (prodsumer) agendas or activities of the 14 subsystems, at any age, at all levels. It has a broader meaning than "work".
Agendonomy Levels and Lifestyle Profiles:

Demander/Supplier) - impartee/imparter – taker/giver - prodsumer: concepts related to the input and output sides of a system. Looking at the input side we are demander, impartee, taker, buyers, consumers; looking at the output side we are suppliers, imparters, givers, producers. The word "prodsumer" is an Alvin Toffler composition of producer and consumer.
Dynamics - spheres, fields or circles of life struggle that could be named this way:
Effector - a synonym for "system" because it "effects" energy transformations.
Electronical Cybernetics (see “social cybernetics”) - industry of robotics, satellites, computers, rockets with some self control through feedback mechanisms.
Extraterrestrial Observer - to imagine oneself up in the moon, with its upper self watching oneself and everything else down there in the earth. It is a fiction to facilitate a broader and less biased perception of reality and oneself as a player within it.
Factual - reality, the realm of facts, deeds, actions, work, money, day to day life, as opposed to the realm of symbols, theories, arts, plays and dreams or virtual reality.
Feedback - short for Tricerebral Feedba Cycle: measurement or information regarding a given situation; strategizing or searching the best ways to succeed; and implementing what a system needs to proceed and prosper. These three steps are known as the minimal Tricerebral Feedback Cycle and are connecting the three sides of the brain. The full Tricerebral Feedback Cycle is composed of 10 main steps.
Triune Cycle: the time (tidal) phases a triune situation goes through: rise, apogee, fall.
Fractal (Mandelbrot’s Geometry)- fraction of a (curved) line, replicating itself in different scales. It is one of the core concepts of the Chaos or Systems Dynamics theory.
Framework or Taxonomy chart - a set of concepts organized to work as a classificatory scheme, as a guideline or checklist when thinking or writing. If it is laid down as a diagram or an infograph it works also as a relational and processing device.
Futurition - step nº 5 of the Tricerebral Feedbac Cycle, which directs the mind towards future, calculating the unfolding (forecasting, foreseeing scenarios,) of present situations for individuals, families, corporations, business, countries, in the short, medium and long run.
Golden Mean - shortly - 62% per 38%. To get the proportions of a Golden Mean, you divide a line so that its shorter part is to the longer part as the longer part is to the whole or full line (A=b+c). A : b = b : c (shorter part c is to b, as b is to A.

Holism, holistic - synonym of globality, totality, wholeness. Sometimes this concept is used referring only to what is related to the right brain, instead of encompassing the three ones.
Inclusivism - a postulate of the triune paradigm that requires the recognition and legitimacy of the triplicity of everything, like three brains, three subgroups, etc. In practice, it says that "unicity", or considering one side and excluding the second or the third is exclusivism.
Internal Dominion or “context”– field of action or space of a system from its skin or boundaries and inward. Actions or relations towards other systems are called external dominion or “context”.
Linear/Non Linear or Analinear or Analogic – concepts to refer to the evolutionary flow of any system as unstable, with ups and downs, shifting right and left, moving fast and slow, with regular and irregular cycles, with order and disorder.
Maximocracy - the spur of the triune principle, pushing any system and its subgroups further and further without stopping or getting at the end. It is an eternal carrot on the stick.
Monadic/monistic - one-sided thinking and acting, typical of the official subgroups. Dyadic/dualist: two-opposing-sided thinking and acting. Triune/trialist: three sides - thinking, strategizing and acting – in moving patterns, generally two against one.
Money Grammar - a needed book to be developed in order to make it easier for people to understand and deal with any market, government, business trickeries. It supposes a dictionary and a grammar with the rules (the logic, the ratio) to handle this language and the facts it refers to (accounts, credit cards, spending, saving, loans, compound interests, inflation, investment, stock market etc.).
Mythification - acceptance by someone of someone else's superiority, surrounded by any type of (religious or civil) taboo.
Operational Factors - graphic framework composed of these inter-related concepts: space, chronology, personnel, procedures, popularly known as the 5 "W" plus one "H".
Operationalize - give details using the four operational factors.
Paradigm - model, mindset, way of feeling, thinking and acting. There is the more fundamental, essential paradigm that consists in using your mind in a monistic, dyadic or triune way. After this starting point and choice, people develop secondary, tertiary affiliated paradigms as it is done in every specific field of knowledge.
Prodsumer – Imparter/Impartee - see demander/supplier.
Prodsumer Flow. The whole flow of producing and consuming commodities, goods or satisfactors of any kind, which can be grouped or classified by the three brains or the 14 subsystems. The day-to-day triune market flow.
Proportionalism - allocation of rights and duties, of work and remuneration around 62% per 38%, among the three subgroups and their levels of agendonomy and of lifestyles profiles.
In Mathematics, it is represented by the Greek letter F (phi) - a symbol for the number 1,612 and its reverse 0,612. It is the ratio of the Golden Mean.
Recurrence - replications, repetitions, projections, surfacing of an old or basic hidden pattern.
Relativize - since everything is trifurcated you should go around to see and sum up the ever present three (or more if you master the 14 subsystems) sides of everything. Each side is but an angle. Each side or angle is a relativization.
Satisfactors - everything that satisfies needs of the three brains or of the 14 subsystems. It is a new word staying for the old tangible/intangible "goods", commodities, services etc.
Social Cybernetics - triune systems theory bridging social and human transdisciplinary knowledge to form one integrated body for self and social regulation to attain proportionalism.
Triune gains - a way of stating that everything has to be viewed in its triple matrix. So, there are gains more typical of the central brain (money, power); gains more typical of the left brain (knowledge, academic degrees); and gains more typical of the right brain (friends, satisfaction, happiness, glory). Correspondingly, there are also three costs.
Violence - Someone having people living and working unfairly for him by means of physical/economic violence (mostly central brain) or by means of psychological or mental violence (mostly left and right brain).
World-view - the way someone perceives and operates reality through his/her three brains. Primary assumptions used to do this. See paradigm.
